Founded in 2006 by professionals in the sector, Argo Asesores Financieros is an independent Spanish firm specialized in providing financial advisory services in corporate processes (purchase and sale of companies, mergers, funding searches, capital increases, shareholder transactions, private equity transactions, etc.) as well as in financial consulting services (company valuations, preparation of business plans, financial feasibility studies).
We have more than 25 years of experience in advising on transactions, having participated in more than 200 operations to date, both national and international.
We have a deep knowledge of the main economic sectors, both of small and medium-sized Spanish companies and multinationals, together with a great expertise in private equity transactions, both from the investor’s side and from the investee company’s side (shareholders and management teams).
We do not belong to any financial group or professional services firm, so our only interest is the success of our clients.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Universidad San Pablo CEU, an Executive MBA from IESE Business School and a Law degree from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED).
Prior to joining Argo Asesores Financieros, he worked since 2000 at Deloitte Corporate Finance (Madrid and London offices), where he held the position of Manager. Previously, he worked in the Investment Management Division of BBVA.
He has participated in projects, both in Spain and abroad, in various sectors of activity such as Food and Beverages, Transport and Logistics, Industrial Manufacturing, Chemicals, Technology, Consumer Goods, Transport and Logistics, Services and Distribution.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE) and a degree in Market Research and Techniques (ITM) from the same university.
Prior to the incorporation of Argo Asesores Financieros, he worked at Deloitte Corporate Finance since 1999.
He has participated in transactions in various sectors of activity, including: Hospitality and Tourism, Transport and Logistics, Construction and Ancillary Industry, Specialized Distribution, Real Estate, Renewable Energies and Automotive.
We maintain a high commitment to entrepreneurship and Spanish start-ups, investing for years in small companies with a certain technological component, both directly and through the investment vehicle in which we participate, Lukkap Venture Lab.
